There have been 20 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – this is well up from 14  single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post!

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 20 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has  been $1,797,500this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2564 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $743.00

Note: All of the 20 waterfront homes sold – have been waterfront pool homes.
