Welcome to my The Landings & Lake Estates Market Update for July 2024 / August 2024. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for waterfront homes in The Landings & Lake Estates by bedroom – 3 bedroom homes and 4 bedroom homes and 5 bedroom homes.
Following this are all the sales for the The Landings & Lake Estates for last 6 months.

There have been 20 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – this is well up from 14 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post!

In our last post the median sales price for one of the 6 x 3 bedroom waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estate over the prior 6 months was much lower at $1,250,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1797 square foot waterfront home with a sales price to square foot price of $640.00
