Welcome to my The Landings & Lake Estates Market Update for September 2024 / October 2024. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for waterfront homes in The Landings & Lake Estates by bedroom – 3 bedroom homes and 4 bedroom homes and 5 bedroom homes.
Following this are all the sales for the The Landings & Lake Estates for last 6 months.

There have been 13 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – this is down from 20 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post!
