Welcome to my The Landings & Lake Estates Market Update for October 2023 / November 2023. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for waterfront homes in The Landings & Lake Estates by bedroom – 3 bedroom homes and 4 bedroom homes and 5 bedroom homes.
Following this are all the sales for the The Landings & Lake Estates for last 6 months.

Sales Summary Last 6 Months
There have been 8 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – this is down from 10 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post!

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 8 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has been $1,512,500 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2296 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $695.00
