Welcome to my The Landings & Lake Estates Market Update for June 2023 / July 2023. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for waterfront homes in The Landings & Lake Estates by bedroom – 2 bedroom homes, 3 bedroom homes and 4 bedroom homes and 5 bedroom homes.
Following this are all the sales for the The Landings & Lake Estates for last 6 months.

Sales Summary Last 6 Months
There have been just 10 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – this is the same number of ingle family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates (10) over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post!

In our last post the median sales price for one of the 6 x 3 bedroom waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estate over the prior 6 months was also higher at $1,865,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2223 square foot waterfront home with a sales price to square foot price of $814.00
