Welcome to my The Landings & Lake Estates Market Update for January 2025 / February 2025. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for waterfront homes in The Landings & Lake Estates by bedroom – 3 bedroom homes and 4 bedroom homes and 5 bedroom homes.
Following this are all the sales for the The Landings & Lake Estates for last 6 months.

Sales Summary Last 6 Months
There have been 12 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – this is down slightly from 13 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post!

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 3 x 3 bedroom waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estate over the last 6 months has been $1,900,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2580 square foot waterfront home with a sales price to square foot price of $758.00
In our last post the median sales price for 3 Bedroom waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estate over the prior 6 months was lower at $1,600,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2093 square foot waterfront home with a sales price to square foot price of $768.00
The most expensive 3 bedroom home sold over the last 6 months was 3110 NE 58th St Fort Lauderdale which sold for $2,650,000 – this was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom waterfront home – this home was on the market for 34 days (list to close) and sold for 90% of list price!

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 8 x 4 bedroom waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estate over the last 6 months has been $1,387,500 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 2285 square foot waterfront home with a sales price to square foot price of $595.00
In our last post the median sales price for 4 Bedroom waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 months was $1,985,000 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 2465 square foot waterfront home with a sales price to square foot price of $810.00
The most expensive 4 bedroom home sold over the last 6 months was 5574 NE 29th Ave Fort Lauderdale which sold for $1,950,000 – this was a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront home – this home was on the market for 54 days (list to close) and sold for 98% of list price!
