Welcome to my Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea market update for January 2025 / February 2025.  In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary. 

I also outline sales prices for Sea Ranch Club 4900-5100 N Ocean Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea condos by bedroom – 1 bedroom units, 2 bedroom units and 3  bedroom units. Following this I outline Sea Ranch Club condos sales for the last 6 months by unit.

Here are two very important market statistics relative to Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea Direct Oceanfront Condos

  • We have 53 oceanfront condos for sale here in Lauderdale by the Sea / 33308 – As at January 8th 2025 
  • The Market – Currently there is a 10 Month of Supply for Lauderdale by the Sea / Zip 33308 Oceanfront Condos for Sale – this is up from a 6 Month Supply as in our last post!
    6 Months is considered “Normal” – Months of supply is a good indicator of whether a particular real estate market is favoring buyers or sellers. Typically, a market that favors sellers has less than 6 months of supply, while more than 6 months of supply indicates an excess of homes for sale that favors buyers.

There have been no sales of 1 bedroom Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea direct oceanfront condos over the last 6 Months In our last post there had also been 1 sale of a 1 bedroom unit over the preceding 6 months! 

Sea Ranch Club 2 Bedroom Units

There have been just 3 sales of 2 bedroom Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea condos over the last 6 months – this is well down from the 14 sales of 2 bedroom Sea Ranch Club condos over the preceding 6 months as in our last post!
