Welcome to my Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea market update for September 2022 / October 2022. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for Sea Ranch Club 4900-5100 N Ocean Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea condos by bedroom – 1 bedroom units, 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units. Following this I outline Sea Ranch Club condos sales for the last 6 months by unit.

Sea Ranch Club Condos Market Commentary
Here are two very important market statistics relative to Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea Direct Oceanfront Condos
- We continue to see some of the lowest Number of Lauderdale by the Sea / 33308 Oceanfront Condos for Sale in 10 Years!
As at September 16th 2022 there are just 29 direct oceanfront condos for sale! - Sellers Market – Currently there is just over 3 Month’s Supply of Lauderdale by the Sea / Zip 33308 Oceanfront Condos for Sale!
6 Months is considered “Normal” – Months of supply is a good indicator of whether a particular real estate market is favoring buyers or sellers. Typically, a market that favors sellers has less than 6 months of supply, while more than 6 months of supply indicates an excess of homes for sale that favors buyers.

Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea Condo Sales Last 6 Months
There have been 15 sales of Sea Ranch Club 4900-5100 N Ocean Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea condos over the last 6 months – down ever so slighlty from the 16 Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea condo sales as in our last post for July / August 2022!

In our last post the average sales price for a Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea condo sold over the last 6 months was slightly higher at $1,072,313 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1806 square foot unit with a sales price to square foot price of $585.00
We can also see from this report that the median sales price for a Sea Ranch Club 4900-5100 N Ocean Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea condo sold over the last 6 months has been $892,500 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1790 square foot unit with a sales price to square foot price of $521.00
In our last post the median sales price for a Sea Ranch Club 4900-5100 N Ocean Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea condo sold over the preceding 6 months was the same at $892,500 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1700 square foot unit with a sales price to square foot price of $550.00
It is important to note the most expensive sale was for unit 1607 in Sea Ranch Club C which sold for $1,975,000 this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo.

Here are the sales prices for Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea 4900-5100 N Ocean Blvd, direct oceanfront condos by bedroom – studios, 1 bedroom units, 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units
Sea Ranch Club 1 Bedroom Units
There have been no sales of 1 bedroom Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea direct oceanfront condos over the last 6 Months – this is the same as in our last post!
In the last post when 1 bedroom units were sold the median sales price for one of the 3 x 1 bedroom Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea condos sold over the preceding 6 months was $465,000 – this being for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit of 1080 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $431.00
Sea Ranch Club 2 Bedroom Units
There have been 11 sales of 2 bedroom Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea condos over the last 6 months – down slightly from the 12 sales of 2 bedroom condos as in our last post!
