There have been 14 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months down slightly from the 18 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post for August 2022 / September 2022!

Our market analysis report for these 14 sales is presented below:

We can see from this report that the average sales price for one of the 14 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has  been $2,286,714 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2555 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $836.00

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 14 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has  been $1,997,500this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2347 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $859.00

Note: All of the 14 waterfront homes sold – have been waterfront pool homes.

In our last post the average sales price for Wilton Manors waterfront homes sold in over the preceding 6 months was lower at $1,076,258 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home of 1906 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $565.00

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for Wilton Manors Waterfront homes sold over the last 6 months has  been $1,160,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home of 2040 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $569.00

In our last post for November 2021 / December 2021 the median sales price for Wilton Manors Waterfront homes sold over the preceding 6 months was also lower at $1,012,500 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home of 1829 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $547.00
