There have been just 10 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – down from the 14 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post and well down from the 18 homes sold as in our prior post!

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 10 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has been $2,037,500 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2247 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $855.00
