There have been 8 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – this is down from 10 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post!

We can see from this report that the average sales price for one of the 8 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has been $2,352,500 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2914 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $767.00
We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 8 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has been $1,512,500 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2296 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $695.00
