Welcome to my The Landings & Lakes Estates Market Update for November 2021 / December 2021. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for waterfront homes in The Landings & Lakes Estates by bedroom – 2 bedroom homes, 3 bedroom homes and 4 or more bedroom homes.
Following this are all the sales for the The Landings & Lakes Estates for last 6 months.

Sales Summary Last 6 Months
There have been 29 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – down ever so slightly from the 30 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post for November 2021 / December 2021!
Our market analysis report for these 29 sales is presented below:

In our last post the the average sales price for Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the preceding 6 months was lower at $1,485,665 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2683 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $589.00
We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the last 6 months has been $1,400,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2445 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $603.00
In our last post for Nov 2021 / Dec 2021 the median sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the preceding 6 months was lower at $1,389,000 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2496 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $595.00
Note: all of the 29 waterfront homes sold – have been waterfront pool homes.
We can also see from this report that the most expensive sale over the Last 6 Months in The Landings / Lakes Estates has been $3,177,000 – this being for a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home – the home is 5561 NE 33rd Ave.
