Welcome to my Sea Ranch Club Lauderdale by the Sea market update for November 2021 / December 2021. In this update I outlined Key Statistics as well as my market commentary.
I also outline sales prices for Sea Ranch Club 4900-5100 N Ocean Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea condos by bedroom – 1 bedroom units, 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units.
Following this I outline Sea Ranch Club condos sales for the last 6 months by unit.
