There have been 30 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months – down slightly from the 32 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post for Sept 2021 / Oct 2021!

We can see from this report that the average sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the last 6 months has been $1,485,665 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2683 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $589.00
In our last post the the average sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the preceding 6 months was higher at $1,612,281 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2612 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $599.00
We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the last 6 months has been $1,389,000 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2496 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $595.00
In our last post for Sept 2021 / Oct 2021 the median sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the preceding 6 months was slightly lower at $1,384,500 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2362 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $600.00
Note: all of the 30 waterfront homes sold – have been waterfront pool homes.
