There have been 18 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the Last 6 Months down slightly from the 20 single family waterfront homes sold here in The Landings / Lake Estates over the preceding 6 Months as in our last post for June 2022 / July 2022!

Our market analysis report for these 18 sales is presented below:

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 18 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has  been $2,047,500this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2624 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $826.00

In our last post the the average sales price for Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the preceding 6 months was lower at $1,485,665 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2683 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $589.00

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the last 6 months has  been $1,400,000this being for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2445 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $603.00

In our last post for Nov 2021 / Dec 2021 the median sales price for one of the 32 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lakes Estate over the preceding 6 months was lower at $1,389,000 – this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2496 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $595.00
