We can see from this report that the average sales price for one of the Wilton Manors waterfront homes sold in over the last 6 months has  been $1,076,258 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home of 1906 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $565.00

In our last post the average sales price for Wilton Manors waterfront homes sold in over the preceding 6 months was lower at $981,123 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home of 1822 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $543.00

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for Wilton Manors Waterfront homes sold over the last 6 months has  been $1,012,500 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home of 1829 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $547.00

In our last post for November 2021 / December 2021 the median sales price for Wilton Manors Waterfront homes sold over the preceding 6 months was also lower at $912,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home of 1678 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $536.00

We can also see from this report that the median sales price for one of the 20 Waterfront homes sold in The Landings / Lake Estates over the last 6 months has  been $1,927,500this being for a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home of 2624 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $707.00

Note: all of the 20 waterfront homes sold – have been waterfront pool homes.
